The ideal solution for protecting expensive deep cycle batteries from over-discharge. Automatically disconnects the load when the LVD detects the voltage has dropped to the disconnection point, ideal for 4WDs, camper trailers and smaller caravan applications. The unit feature a fully sealed (IP65) shock proof aluminium housing, protecting the unit against dust and water ingress. The LVD end plates include a mounting flange for easy mounting.

If permanently fixed the LVD should be mounted to a suitable horizontal or vertical panel. The location should be convenient to access while as far away as possible from the exhaust manifold, turbo or any high temperature components. Do not mount on the engine.
